sometimes i think i blog just to dump things from my head onto some other outlet. there's so much stuff swirling in my head i wish i had a pensieve (i.e. in the Harry Potter books).. then i could take them out and organize them. in a way that's what this blog is.. haha.

anyways, i've changed the layout since it isn't really Christmas anymore (bloody hell, CNY is in 3 weeks! haha cannot wait.) Speaking of CNY, i think it's the only festival I will miss when I (note the word WHEN, not IF. haha) move to the States. It's the festival I will keep coming back for. Even after I'm old enough to NOT receive angpows anymore. It just is the festival I really like that isn't so well-celebrated in the States. I mean everyone knows my favorite festival is.. (do you know it?) HALLOWEEN but that can be celebrated in the States. In fact it's way better in US than in Singapore. So is Christmas, New Year, Easter and all the other festivals I celebrate. Only CNY is best in Singapore.

i love the cuteness of this layout hehe. Ok we'll have the event-blog first then i'll post the thought-blog. So yesterday was New Year's Day.. I had another really chill day =) Xyz came over at about 11am and we chatted, had lunch, chatted some more, unpacked my stuff and cleared out some stuff from my closet!! I have way too many clothes that I don't wear anymore haha. Don't worry val and ben, I kept the slutty stuff. HAHAHAHA. Oh and I showed xyz the hot new one-piece i bought with nic. So slutty. LOL. We're going SWIMMINGGG woohoo. Ok so xyz left around 5+pm, then my family came over for dinner and I hung with the cousins. We watched youtube, snooped around on Facebook and played Britchy.. Then later I had a nice chat with Josh! lol. As in my cousin ah. Yup. Spent the rest of New Year's Day and well, this morning, applying for various jobs. Let's keep our fingers crossed people!

Yup. As for today, I kinda woke up at 4pm (slept at like 5am haha. was up applying for jobs and watching Friends on youtube ok! Lol).. Made arrangements to meet ben for our Shangri~la high tea tomorrow!! It's 1130am omg i'm gonna have such a tough time waking up. Ben said "You better sleep early ah" lol. We're meeting (i dunno where) at 11am. I'll have to get up at 9am to wash up and get dressed so I can leave at 10am! Haha. And yea here I am on the computer now. Lol. Oh my last package came in!

I sent like 3 packages home on the 9th before I left Buffalo. Then as I was packing up I had not enough room so I left 2 boxes and asked Eugene (Singaporean guy from NTU who was on exchange at UB. Lived just downstairs of me in the dorm!) to ship them for me. So i sent a total of like 5 boxes home (VERY VERY EXPENSIVE. don't ask) and the first one got here before Christmas.. It was my pot and mug and boots and other stuff lol. Then my Left Behind box came remember? Yea ok then like 2 days after that Eugene told me they sent one of my boxes to his place instead of mine.. (For some reason Eugene thinks my last name is Zra... -__-"" I just realized I never told him what my last name is WAHAHAHA)

And today I just realized that the last package (one of the 2 i asked eugene to ship) had arrived. BUT BUT BUT there's one package that isn't here!! I'm really worried and I dunno if there's a shipping number or anything. I'm scared! That's kinda the most important package with my gifts for ann and val, my books and a lotta other such stuff!! Sigh. I really really really hope it arrives soon. =(


so, no colors for the prev 2 paras lol coz i got lazy. do you guys prefer WITH colors or without? i gotta decide haha.

So anyways on with a bit of thought-blog. So i was all psyched up and ready to apply for that going to the States in May thing when I realized something.. I've already kinda got plans for May-Sept! My friends from the States are coming over in May! The jap people and maybe Tiantian! And also, I'm supposed to go overseas with my friends during the Summer break! If I apply for the work in America thing, i may be triple-booking myself for summer..!! OMG why does this always happen.. lol.

Well i'll have to think about this and see what i'm gonna do.


I wanna actually blog about what a year 2008 was but am kinda bored and distracted now haha. I wanted also to post up a list of new songs i've been listening to. They're not really NEW but new to me.. Haha. A lot of them are what i'd call white music k coz i got to know of many of these artistes when working as a DJ at UB.. Yup.
