well sorry i haven't blogged in awhile.. i've kind of had a life lately


went to the gym on wednesday with xyz.. i think i've already blogged about that.. then made plans to meet up with mich but well, if you read the facebook day entry you'll know who invited themselves.. and so i ended up deciding to go swimming with xyz instead. we had a fun day swimming and then i met mich in town, we shopped, chatted, and watched Twilight on a whim! and boy was that a good decision!









Ok so yea went back kinda early (for pubbing i suppose. we left at 1030pm? I got back to my place around 1230am).. But it was nice that as I was walking home from the train station, I had a nice quiet lonely walk, i think coz it was past midnight so there were a LOT less people.. It was quiet and isolated, which made for a fantastic walk for me.

Alright then Saturday... everything only began at night.. I spent the day reading Twilight and New Moon (lent to me by cousins Shannon and Nicole) and realized that I was going to finish New Moon (actually finished it within 10mins of my realization lol) so was desperately craving the next 2 books. Decided to go to town to get the books since I recalled seeing some in Borders. Made arrangements to meet val and decided to check out Popular instead. Met val at 830pm at JE popular, was informed by the Popular staff that the books were out of stock at Populars islandwide!!! OMFGGG. I was really kinda high though (val can vouch lol).. Called a buncha people to help me get the book in town coz i was worried the stores were closing (coz stores in US close at freaking what, 7pm/8pm/latest 9pm).. Many thanks go out to charmaine for helping me check the bookstore downstairs of where she works, and ELVESSS for checking out borders AND kino! you rock!!! Sadly, the last 2 books were out of stock at ALL the abovementioned places! At this point you could literally hear my heart break.

BIG BIG THANKS however must go out to MICH who pointed me to a place I could get my hands on the book... Heh. So i was lucky enough to get to read it all through last night. HAPPY =) But I digress. After we met at Popular and ascertained that there wasn't gonna be any way i could get my hands on the book, we went to JEC (walked through a pasar malam, which i've missed a LOT) only to realize the place has closed down!!!! wtf! So we went back through the pasar malam, bought some yummies (muah chee, goreng pisang OMGGG) and then went to IMM.. We sat at Secret Recipe and had Caesar's salad, chocolate banana cake, hazelnut latte for her and oreo milkshake for me! YUMM. chatted, chilled and I lost some of my adrenaline (sugar does weird things for me. a little bit of it gets me high but a LOT of it calms me down and makes me nua lol) I think I nua-ed partly also because I was kinda depressed at not getting the books lol.


Anyways. yea that was Saturday. I caught the last train back and walked a nice walk home again =)

Today was simple, just church and then family gathering. Fun as usual =)

School starts on Tuesday. Meeting 2 of my favorite bunches of people tomorrow!! Steph+nic in the day and NJBunch at night!!! Yay.


Like I said, my life's been kinda packed. haha

Now that event-blog's done, some thoughts. I've got a huge bunch of new books to read, thank goodness, because I was sad previously (before i left for buffalo) that my books were all read at least 10xs already.. But now i have books! Haha. Some were lent to me by my cousins, some were from buffalo, some i bought here. So here's what I've been reading (and i'm really really really worried about my package that has yet to arrive. It has a HUGE bunch of books that I wanna read and like, my heart just clenches when I think about it. I will call SingPost tomorrow. I'm so so so worried =( )

Very nice song by Tank from the Tian Wai Fei Xian drama. OMG i feel like watching that show again haha. We'll see.
